Koalas live primarily in the gum groves of eastern Australia, enjoying a climate that remains relatively mild. These endearing marsupials pass much of their existence resting in the foliage, consuming almost exclusively eucalyptus foliage, which are low in nutrients and require a significant amount of time to digest.
